The management of personal data is of paramount importance to Remoteless. We do our best to provide you with the best possible experience while respecting your data. Data is secure and data management has been analyzed across all our services to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Our engagements

  • Remoteless do not sell any of your data
  • We are as transparent as possible and remain at your disposal in case of questions.
  • We collect only the data necessary for the performance of our services.
  • We keep your data for as long as it takes to meet our contractual and regulatory obligations, and then we delete or anonymize it.

Concerned datas

Remoteless collects, processes and stores confidential data of its customers and third party signatories such as first and last name, email address and IP address. This processing is carried out within the framework of the service contract between Remoteless and its customers. Remoteless keeps this data for the duration of the contract and for a maximum of 10 years after the end of the contract, according to the regulatory storage periods.

The data of the evidence file and the documents generated on Remoteless are kept by the third party archiver for a period of 10 years from its establishment without the expiration or the termination of the contract being able to call into question this retention period.

Details of the types of data collected, processed and stored by Remoteless are described in the privacy policy of Remoteless. Additional data may be collected when the Customer adds them to one of Remoteless' sites or applications. Remoteless is not responsible for the addition of data obtained illegally by the Customer, nor for the addition of sensitive data.

Who is responsible of data collection?

When our customers use our Services, we collect and process certain information on their behalf. Our customers are therefore responsible for the processing of the data in accordance with Article 4 of the GDPR. Remoteless, as a service provider, then acts as a data processor. As such, we are committed to assisting our customers in their process of compliance of their processing.

Additionnal mesures

  • Remoteless employees are regularly informed and updated on the latest developments in cybersecurity and data protection
  • Our applications are built according to the principle of "Privacy by design". This means that we try to think about security before we start developing our services.
  • A register of treatments is kept up to date in order to be able to follow the evolutions of management of the services.
  • We have a data breach notification procedure. In the event of a breach, you will be notified as soon as possible, with full transparency.
  • Our servers are in France and our subcontractors are analyzed to verify their RGPD related measures.

Yes, we maintain a comprehensive list of all our subcontractors and have ensured that all those who may process personal data are committed to complying with existing legal frameworks. We can provide you with this list upon request.

Where my data is stored?

The data is stored on our servers in France. However, Remoteless uses services such as Google Analytics or Intercom with servers in the USA. These partner services are used to improve the experience of administrators on Remoteless. Remoteless has verified these providers' compliance with the GDPR beforehand.

How long is the data kept?

Remoteless retains data for the duration of the contract and for a maximum of 10 years after the end of the contract, based on regulatory storage periods. To learn more about how long we keep data depending on the type of data, please contact us.

For external users

Remoteless is authorized to process on behalf of its customers the personal data necessary to provide the services to which they have subscribed.

In this case, Remoteless acts as a subcontractor of these data, we are therefore not entitled to manage your requests for access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, data portability. Therefore, you must contact directly the organization that uses Remoteless services for your electronic signature procedure.
